My Story
Leadership has been a consistent thread throughout my career.
I have worked in complex, global, and matrixed environments where success has depended on more than expertise alone. In these settings, I saw how much difference it makes when leaders have the space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and develop the confidence to lead through uncertainty and change. I also saw how demanding it can be when responsibility grows quickly, expectations become less defined, and the pressure to perform intensifies.
That experience shaped my path into coaching.
Over the years, I have worked in leadership, talent, and capability development, supporting people as they grow into new roles and navigate transitions. I came to understand that leadership is never only about results. It is also about identity, resilience, relationships, and how we respond when the familiar no longer quite fits.
My own background has deepened that perspective. Born in Hong Kong and now based in the UK, I bring a personal understanding of transitions, adaptation, and confidence-building in new environments. That global lens has helped shape the way I support clients who are stepping into bigger roles, working across cultures, or adjusting to changes in their careers or lives.
Today, I work with corporate leaders stepping into expanded roles and professionals undergoing meaningful transitions. My focus is on helping clients build clarity, confidence, and self-awareness so they can lead effectively, make thoughtful decisions, and stay grounded in who they are as they grow.
My coaching style is thoughtful, practical, and supportive. I create a space where clients can pause, make sense of what is happening, and explore what needs to change. Sometimes that means stepping back to see the bigger picture. Sometimes it means challenging assumptions, strengthening resilience, or finding a more sustainable way forward. Always, it means coaching with respect, curiosity, and a clear focus on what will make the greatest difference.
I believe the most powerful leadership growth happens when people have the support to reflect, realign, and move forward with intention. That is the kind of space I aim to create through coaching — one where leaders can think clearly, reconnect with their strengths, and lead with greater impact and authenticity.
